Join Our 1-Day, Open-House, Cross-Cultural Management & Communication workshop
Experience first-hand Thailand’s most trusted and results-oriented management orientation workshop designed for, & delivered to, Fortune 1,000 expatriate leaders & their Thai colleagues.

“Best workshop I ever participated in!”
— Johnson Controls

WORKSHOP OBJECTIVES:

  • To help Thais penetrate and master the key management concepts practiced by “international” managers
  • To help Expatriates and their spouses get “up to speed” on the essential concepts and skills for managing effectively with Thais
  • To demonstrate, through direct participation by both Thais and Ex-pats, a whole range of opportunities and skills for improving communication and teamwork
  • To build great understanding, appreciation and smooth cooperation among work partners

WHO SHOULD ATTEND:

  • High potential Thai executive assistants, staff, and managers, who need the maximum exposure to international management, in order to take on significant future cross-cultural team responsibilities
  • Expatriate managers and spouses, who seek to master the necessary management approaches, which will make them effective and appreciated during their career in Thailand
  • We encourage each company to nominate Thais and Expatriates who are working closely together, as it always pays off when both the Ex-pat and Thai return to the workplace together and can coach and support each other

“The combination of cross-cultural learning, and personal style assessment activities, delighted everyone from the CEO to Department Heads.”
— Thoresen
